Dirty Media……
MEDIA….name itself conveys that
it’s “The medium”.
People around the world have the sources as Television or
Internet or News- papers or radio to know what’s happening around the world.
Most
used electronic good in the world is broadcast television set. Philo Farnsworth (inventor of the first television)
would have thought that it will be a medium of telecommunication not miscommunication.
The news which we
hear every day makes sense?
Most of the TV channels are either funded by government or political
leaders. How can we know the political insights of our country if a news
channel was a bitch to his boss.Most journalists are just corporate pimps. The will write
anything to get out of their cutbacks.
People used media as a tool to spread the word in support for
Anna Hazare. This year some rebellions or
terrorist organizations used the media to channel fears among the people in
Assam.
Our Indian Media should be controlled to avoid further
calamities.
Now government wants to control the media, the internet, tap
phones. Obviously they are getting rattled by the extensive coverage recent
times (Anna Hazare). Government is not the right body to regulate media.
There should be a organization for regulation and
accountability of media…
